How to Successfully apply Body building Tanning Lotion - a step by step guide as used by leading Professional Bodybuilders, Figure and Fitness Competitors - FORGET EVERYTHING YOU THOUGHT YOU KNEW ON HOW TO TAN FOR A COMPETITION.

Simply Follow these steps to get the ULTIMATE COMPETITION TAN!

YOU MUST HAVE THE PROFESSIONAL PACK FOR THE ULTIMATE LOOK

1.VERY IMPORTANT - this step cannot be missed!!! After having shaved all relevant parts on your body. Use un-perfumed Body Scrub to exfoliate and neutralize the skin immediately before applying HIGH DEFINITION SHOW OFF Competition Tan . DO NOT forget to scrub your back! DO NOT use deodorant or put anything else on your skin; it may raise your skins pH and change your finished colour.

2.Smooth on THE BEST HIGH DEFINITION SHOW OFF Tanning Lotion over skin with the Tanning Sponge Applicator following the contour of each muscle. Apply tan lightly to hands, elbows, knees and feet, blending the colour out as you tan. After applying tan DO NOT WASH YOUR HANDS - remove any tan from your palms etc with a wet wipe. Wait 1-2 hours then re-apply SHOW OFF TAN. If you think you need it apply a third application before going to bed BUT REMEMBER that the tan will develop and darken overnight. No Matter How White You Are (even Scottish White!), SHOW OFF THE BEST HIGH DEFINITION BODYBUILDING TAN WILL GIVE YOU THE ULTIMATE ON STAGE TAN YOU HAVE DREAMT OF! You want your tan to look fresh, deep, dark and natural so DO NOT apply SHOW OFF until about 24 Hours Before Your Contest.

3.On the morning of the show check to make sure that no tan has rubbed off during the night or if you have missed any bits then apply a small amount of tan to these areas.

4.After you pump up backstage, if you want to you can use Show Off High Definition Tan Enhancing Posing Glaze - dispense a few drops (you only need a small amount) of HIGH DEFINITION TAN ENHANCER in the palms of your hands. Then smooth over the body outlines ,such as outer shoulder heads, sparingly and lightly following the contour of each muscle you wish to highlight. Be Careful Not To Apply Too Much!

Now you are ready to SHOW OFF your hard work to judges with the ULTIMATE TAN to match your physique or figure.

SPECIAL NOTES

DO NOT use any other products with SHOW OFF because they will effect your overall colour.

DO NOT use oils, cooking spray or any other products over colour tan. They may contain petroleum and will make your colour run!

DO NOT put on deodorant Before or After applying SHOW OFF TAN. Deodorant will raise the skin's pH and turn your arm pits green.

DO NOT USE instructions for any other tanning product - follow instructions above for the perfect tan!
